What can you expect when you come to Church Street?

A Calm Demeanor

The Bible commands our worship to be  "done decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14.40). Our worship is not a production - it's worship to our God. We sing songs of praise in acapella without the aid of musical instruments (Ephesians 5.19). We pray in short, concise prayers, giving God the honor in our services. Sermons (usually about 25 minutes) are taught at every service from a wide variety of topics in the Bible. After services, we break up into age-appropriate Bible classes to dive into the Word more fully. We have classes for all ages that cover a variety of Bible topics.

A Warm Friendly Environment

We want you to feel at home at Church Street, and if you visit us, you are our honored guest. We will do everything we can to make you feel welcome.

In all the things we do, whether it's in our worship, in our events and activities, in Bible class, or outside of all that - we hope to center ourselves on Jesus Christ. He is the ultimate example of how to live our lives, and he died for our sins and was resurrected so that we might have the hope of eternal life. Our main objective in everything that we do is to grow closer to Christ.
